If you pick up the Aug/Sept 2024 reconnect magazine (issue 91) from the various distribution points across Exeter, Plymouth and South Devon you'll find an article about the visit of the feature editor to the Yoga School. Kate says "Angela promised a different type of yoga and I was not disappointed. It was different in a way that I can’t quite articulate. It felt like I came alive and became strong again. I want more of that."
